Jonny May
Hey @Douthard S, I think you might enjoy the Happy Monday course. It's about medium tempo and has a pop/jazz vibe to it.
JOSEPH L
HI Jonny, Nice to meet you! you really inspire me playing the piano again with style. https://pianowithjonny.com/piano-lessons/how-to-practice-scales-for-jazz-piano/ For the quick tips of "How to Practice Scales for Jazz Piano", I wonder if there is any standard fingering in other keys with different modes. What I mean is when you are playing the C major, you use the same fingering throughout all different modes. ( I am OK with C major) However, when I do F major, Should I use the f major key fingering or I use the same C major scale fingering just like you did in the video? When I practice the F major scale, my question is as follow" if I use the F major key fingering. I encounter the problem with the Locrian Scale AND if I use the C major fingering, I encounter the problem with the Ionian Scale Any tips? Regards, Joseph
