Brendan D
@Martyn R I responded on Messenger. Thank you for this, but I fear this piece -- beyond playing some mildly modified melody over the bass part -- is outside my present skill set. I wish it were otherwise. I am struggling at applying the concepts to new pieces. And I continue to struggle with, and work on, hand coordination issues (specifically, letting my LH play a "groove" while the RH does something interesting). I will watch what the rest of you do with this and look forward to August! Please keep me as part of this on-going challenge.
Martyn R
Good chatting to you on messenger Brendan. Hopefully, you will grasp the riff and your co-ordination comes together. I will stay in touch as you know. 😁🎹

Martyn R
That would be good Dina, it's a great riff to play just on it's own too. It's a great collaboration and so many enjoying it 😁🎹👍

Thanks for the welcome!

Hi Dina, by riff the whole 12 bars repeated pattern. Looking again, there are 4 bars at the beginning. Anyway, you're very welcome to join as for everyone to just have some side collaboration. PS I really enjoyed your jazz ballad challenge improv collaboration submission, 😁🎹👍
