Hi all,

If you live in The Netherlands also, or visit our beautiful country, please comment here.
I live very south in the lovely province of Limburg, in the city of Heerlen, not all too far from Maastricht.
The south is certainly worth a visit, and Maastricht is perhaps one of the Dutch most beautiful cities.

Limburg is also rich of music. Many fanfare's find their home in Limburg.
Maastrichter Staar a well-known Men's Choir.
Next to playing keyboard (I don't have a piano yet), I do also sing in Popchoir Thirdwing

Hi Christian,

Many years ago used to live in Heerlen. Now I live near Nijmegen. In my childhood I played the violin, but I always wanted to be able to sit down at a piano and just play for awhile.

Nice to meet you too! And interesting that you used to live in Heerlen in the past too. 
I know it is not a city having the best reputation when it comes to safety, but if you haven’t been here for a long time, you should return for a visit ... so different nowadays. Nijmegen is a great city too...

My brother played violin too, and if you can play that well, it is a lovely instrument too. The piano is though a richer sound in the house, and I love to learn playing different styles here at PWJ so I can put one day all my emotions in playing. 

I still have an old keyboard, so now trying to convince my wife to reserve a budget for a digital piano. Lately I tried playing the Kawai CA 99 in a music shop and I felt in love... hopefully somewhere in not too far future ...
