    I just got an email about a Holiday Special, which said 

    For annual members that have signed up in the last 5 months, please contact us if you want to extend your plan.
    This offer lasts until Nov. 30th at 11:59 PST.
     
    I tried clicking on contact us, but didn't seem to get anywhere. Would someone please email  or chat, because I'm probably in that category, having gotten the annual membership in July for $260.88.
     
    What's the new Holiday Special rate, and can I get in on it?
